The Fruit of Righteousness is Peace

 

If your life is filled with fear and confusion, consider asking the Holy Spirit to point out any unrighteousness which is the cause.

The scripture says that the fruit of righteousness or right living is peace or the absence of fear, worry and unmanageable conflict.


WHAT THE WORD SAYS;

· Romans 4 17. “For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”

·        1 john 4. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

  • Isaiah 32:17: "The work of righteousness will be peace; the service of righteousness will be quiet confidence forever."
  • 2 Timothy 2:22: "Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace."
  • Proverbs 14:34: "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people."

John 15:20: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness."
